Blueroute Exim is a merchant exporter and global sourcing partner based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our role is to bridge the gap between global buyers and India's vast, fragmented supplier network — coordinating verification, samples, inspection, documentation and shipment on the buyer's behalf.
What we do: source from verified suppliers, coordinate quality checks and lab testing, prepare and review export documentation, supervise packaging and shipment, and act as a single point of coordination across multiple suppliers and product categories.
What we are not: we are not a manufacturer of every product we coordinate — we work with verified manufacturers across categories. We are not a marketplace or a directory. We do not present ourselves as a large corporation we are not. We are a focused team that earns trust by doing what we say.

A structured process from RFQ to shipment
No vague promises — just a clear, step-by-step coordination process designed to reduce risk and keep both sides informed.

Requirement intake
You share your product specification, quantity, destination port, packaging and documentation requirements through our Request-a-Quote page.

Supplier identification & verification
We identify suitable suppliers from our network, verify registration documents and capability, and shortlist 3–5 candidates.

RFQ & quotation comparison
We issue a structured RFQ to shortlisted suppliers and present you with a clear quotation comparison and recommendation.

Sample coordination
For first orders and private-label work, we coordinate samples, evaluate them against specification, and obtain your written approval.

PI, advance & production
We coordinate the Proforma Invoice, review it for completeness, and you transfer advance against the signed PI. Production begins.

Inspection, documentation & shipment
We coordinate pre-shipment inspection, lab testing where required, documentation, stuffing and shipment. Final documents are shared with you before arrival.
A founder's note
Blueroute Exim was founded to bridge the gap between global buyers and India's vast supplier network. India produces an exceptionally wide range of products — from Basmati rice to leather footwear, from textiles to industrial goods — but the supplier base is fragmented, and many capable manufacturers do not market themselves well to overseas buyers.
We started Blueroute Exim to be the on-ground partner we wished overseas buyers had — verifying suppliers honestly, coordinating samples and inspection, preparing clean documentation, and saying what is feasible rather than what is convenient. We are not a marketplace, and we are not a factory — we are a coordination partner that earns its place by doing the work properly.
