1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://bluerouteexim.in (the "Website") operated by Blueroute Exim ("Blueroute Exim", "we", "us" or "our"), with registered address at Surat, Gujarat, India. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website.
2. About us
Blueroute Exim is a merchant exporter and global sourcing partner based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We help global buyers identify, verify and coordinate with Indian suppliers for the export of goods. We are not a marketplace, a directory or a manufacturer of every product we coordinate. We work with verified manufacturers and suppliers across product categories. Compliance documents (IEC, GST, MSME) are available on request.
3. Website use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications or to harvest contact information of suppliers or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its server, database or any other system connected to the Website.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious code into the Website.

4. Product information disclaimer
Product descriptions, specifications, images and other product information displayed on the Website are provided for general information only. Product images are indicative and may not represent the actual product shipped. Specifications, availability, pricing and lead times are subject to change without notice and are subject to supplier confirmation at the time of order. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer or a commitment to supply at any particular price, specification or lead time.
5. Inquiries are not orders
Submitting an inquiry, Request for Quotation (RFQ), quick enquiry or contact form through the Website does not constitute an order and does not create any binding obligation on either party. An inquiry is a request for information only. A binding commercial relationship arises only when both parties sign a Proforma Invoice (PI) and the buyer remits the agreed advance payment in accordance with the PI terms.
6. Quotations subject to supplier confirmation
All quotations provided by Blueroute Exim are indicative and subject to supplier confirmation at the time of order. Quotations are based on information available at the time of quoting, including prevailing raw material costs, freight rates, currency exchange rates and supplier capacity. Quotations are typically valid for the period stated on the quotation (usually 7 to 30 days) and are subject to availability of the goods at the time of order confirmation.
7. Payment terms subject to the Proforma Invoice
Our preferred payment structure is "50% advance and 50% before shipment". However, Final terms depend on buyer profile, supplier terms, order size, inspection requirements, and product category. Final payment terms for any specific order are as stated in the Proforma Invoice signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Proforma Invoice, the Proforma Invoice shall prevail with respect to that order.
8. Inspection and documentation limitations
Where pre-shipment inspection is coordinated, the inspection is conducted on a statistical sampling basis (typically AQL-based) and reduces but does not eliminate the risk of defects. Inspection does not guarantee zero defects. Lab testing, where coordinated, is subject to accredited lab availability and turnaround time. Documentation is prepared based on the information provided by the supplier and is reviewed for internal consistency; however, Blueroute Exim does not warrant that destination authorities will accept or interpret documents in any particular way. Destination-side compliance is the buyer's responsibility.
9. Third-party websites and links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (such as inspection agencies, freight forwarders, government portals or trade associations). These links are provided for convenience only. Blueroute Exim does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website. Accessing any third-party website is at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Website shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Blueroute Exim for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.
12. Force majeure
Blueroute Exim shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, port closures, labour disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions or failures of third-party suppliers, carriers or inspection agencies.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India, in respect of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
14. Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order coordinated through Blueroute Exim, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith discussions for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is notified in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with the seat of arbitration being Surat, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The language of arbitration shall be English.
