We do not guarantee shipment of any custom-sourced product without a documented compliance check, supplier confirmation, lab testing (where applicable) and buyer approval of specifications. Food, chemical, mineral and regulated products are reviewed for export licence, hazardous classification and destination-specific certification before acceptance.
